Purchase of a package grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal license to use your own materials for your own planning purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, publicly post, adapt, or use these materials — in whole or in part — to create, market, or operate a competing product, service, or framework without explicit prior written permission from The Verdant Line. Client workspace content is confidential and access credentials may not be shared. Unauthorized use, scraping, or reproduction may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once digital portal access is granted or your scheduled Zoom session has taken place. By completing checkout, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Personal information you provide — such as your name, email, and scheduling details — is used solely to deliver your session, prepare your framework materials, and process your payment. We do not sell or rent your data. Payment processing is handled by our secure payment provider, and scheduling by our calendar provider, each under their own privacy policies.
